This was drawn in 2005, commissioned by a client who was, for a while, pretty much a regular. This client was very fond (and I don't blame him!) of extremely large biceps and extremely large breasts. Hmm... wonder what made him think that I could draw women like that? :D

I'm very pleased with the way the sweat turned out. I'm learning the hard way that water and sweat are very tricky to render; too little transparency and it can look too much like milk (or "other bodily fluids" :omfg:) On the other hand, I think the profile makes her look too much like she has an overbite. (I only noticed this a few days after I'd mailed the print to the client; rats. And since it's my policy not to alter or "correct" a commission work once it's been delivered, I haven't fixed it.)

Oh, and the dumbbells? Just something light she can get pumped up with...

Reminds me of an old Marvel comic, where Rogue was at some gym in NYC; the owner was saying he had a set of pnuematic barbells that the Thing used to work out with... and Rogue just goes over and lifts them with ease.

I can easily see Tet-chan lifting those dumbells... and woe be to the guy that tties to spot her lifts. ^_^
